The following terms and conditions presented on this site will be applied to all commercial transactions at our online shop (www.bhfitnessglobalservices.com), domain that holds EXERCYCLE, S.L., which is a legally registered company in Spain.

In general, relationship between EXERCYCLE, S.L. and our clients derived for buying products or hiring services on this website are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction.

EXERCYCLE, S.L. reserves the right to change commercial offers on the website (modifications of products, prices, promotions and other commercial or service terms and conditions) at any time; those modifications do not apply to previously hired services.

EXERCYCLE, S.L. tries at all time to offer you verified information without typographical errors. In case you find any of these errors, please try to understand that EXERCYCLE, S.L. did not do this on purpose and will try to correct the error immediately. If you find any printing error in our pricelist and your purchase is based on the price containing this error, EXERCYCLE, S.L. will inform you about the mistake and give you the choice to cancel the order without being charged for the expenses.

You could sometimes find provisional product information on our website www.bhfitnessglobalservices.com. If the information does not apply to the product shown, you will be given the choice to cancel the order without being charged for the expenses.

1. Online shopping

Your purchase step by step

Find the spare parts and supplies you need using the CODE of your machine; you can find this code on the sticker situated on the base of your machine.

To purchase, please add the desired items to your “shopping cart” and follow instructions shown. Once you have finished your purchase, you will receive confirmation of your order by email. These term & conditions are applicable to all online purchase orders.

Together with your order, you will receive a delivery note containing the commercial value; this note can be used if you need to qualify for the guarantee. If you wish to receive an invoice, please write an email to administracion@bhfitness.com mentioning your purchase order number.

Applicable taxes

Value-Added Tax (VAT) is included in the prices on display at www.bhfitnessglobalservices.com website. The present VAT is the one applicable in Spain according to the current legislation.

2. Payment means

Bhfitnessglobalservices.com lets you choose among different means of secure payment. We would like to underline that the price of your purchase will never be modified according to the means of payment you choose. Every payment must be made in euros (€).

Bhfitnessglobalservices.com reserves the right to ask for a certain means of payment if the identity of the buyer is not reliably proved or if the order seems to include false information.

Delivery time

Once we have received the payment, your order will be delivered in 5 to 7 working days to your shipping address.

If you paid by bank transfer, we will ship your order when Exercycle, S.L. receives the payment in our account number. If you chose payment with credit card and/or PayPal, we will ship your order as soon as your online payment is accepted.

Transport conditions and recommendations

If there is no one to collect the package at the address given, the transport company will leave a notice so that you can get in touch with them in order to organize a new delivery or collection.

If your order consists of more than one item, it might be delivered separately, always in your favour.

Packages are usually delivered in front of the door of your building, at street level. When the transport company delivers your order, we strongly recommend that you check it carefully. Please look for damage to the packaging and to the item itself; if anything is damaged, do not accept the delivery or note damage on the delivery note next to your signature. If later you find any other damage, you have a maximum of 24 hours since you received collected the package to contact us with the details of the damages. If you do not do so, Exercycle, S.L. cannot take responsibility for any damages.

4. Exchanges and returns

Manufacturer direct guarantee

All our products are original from BH and new, and they hold manufacturer direct guarantee. For individuals, BH takes responsibility for the defects which appear within 2 natural years since the date when the order was delivered. For companies, BH takes responsibility for the defects which appear within 6 natural months since the date when the order was delivered. The guarantee does not cover damages in items caused by the client himself when assembling or installing them.

Together with your order, you will receive a delivery note containing the commercial value; this note can be used if you need to qualify for the guarantee. If you happen to have any kind of event, please send an email to services@bhfitness.com describing the problem and attaching the delivery not or call as to 945 127 020.

I have received a faulty product:

In case an item is found faulty upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can authorise the return and arrange the collection and replacement. We will pay for all expenses, including transport, and once the item is received back at Exercycle, S.L., we will arrange to send you a new one. If any item is out of stock, Exercycle, S.L. reserves the right to send a similar or a superior product.

We will reject returns which have not been previously authorised by Exercycle, S.L. Please, contact our Customer Service Department by email services@bhfitness.com or by telephone 945 127 020.

I have received an incorrect item:

In case you receive an item that is different from the one you ordered, we will arrange to collect it and send you another item free of charge. If any item is out of stock, Exercycle, S.L. reserves the right to send a similar or a superior product.

If you happen to have any event related to returning items of our online shop, please contact our Customer Service Department by email services@bhfitness.com or by telephone 945 127 020.

Voluntary desisting: I do not like the item or made a mistake in my order:

  • If you do not like the product you bought, you can return it to us; you have 14 natural days after delivery to do so. Our commitment is your satisfaction, so if you are not completely satisfied, we will refund your money without asking.
  • If within 14 days from delivery you are not happy with your item, please fill in the contact form in our website or write us an email to services@bhfitness.com. Please, mention your name and surname, address, telephone number and order number and then you can include the following text “I hereby declare that I desist from my purchase of (code and product name) that I collected on (day/month/year)”. Our Customer Service Department will get in touch with you in order to arrange the collection.
    Please note that we will not arrange collections if you have not contacted us previously and that the carriage cost will be payable by you.
    We can arrange the collection with a transport company of our choice; in this case, carriage costs will be the ones mentioned in the third section of these terms & conditions. You can also arrange the collection yourself with a transport agency of your choice (please, remember that you must previously contact us and that you have 14 natural days from delivery to give the package to the carrier).
  • The item must be returned in mint condition, in its original packaging, intact and together with the delivery note. Incomplete or damaged items cannot be returned. If the item is not in good condition, you will have to pay up to its full value.
  • Once the item is received back at Exercycle, S.L. and we have inspected it to make sure that it is in good condition, we will refund the money using the same payment means that you chose when you paid for it. If any item is found to be missing, you will have to pay in full for it.

After-sales service terms & conditions:

If you happen to have any event with your item and you need to get in touch with our after-sales service, please fill in this form, write an email to services@bhfitness.com or call our Customer Service Department to 945 127 020.

If you choose to write an email, please include your name and surname, the code of the item, the order number and your telephone number so that we can process it easily.

Our technical support team and customer care team will go through your case and give you an answer within about 48 working hours.

5. Obligations of the customer

bhfitnessglobalservices.com customers commit themselves to fill in our registration form with correct information, as well us to keep this information updated. Additionally, registered clients commit themselves to keep confidently and adequately their private access passwords to our website.

6. Security and confidentiality

Exercycle, S.L. promises safety and confidentiality at any time.

Exercycle, S.L. promises to maintain the safety of your personal information, address, payment means or any other type of information given to us by our clients according to Framework Law 15/1999, of 13 December of Data Protection. Any information we collect from our clients will be registered in an automated private data file created and maintained under Exercycle, S.L. responsibility.

According to Framework Law regulations 5/1992, of 29 October, modified by Framework Law 15/1999, of 13 December, of Personal Data Protection (LOPDP), the information Exercycle, S.L. collects from clients will only be used for mentioned purposes. Exercycle, S.L. promises to maintain the safety of your personal information according to the previously quoted Legal Text. In case the information is used in another way, previous consent from the customer will be necessary. Customers can see their data file at any time, in order to ask for changes, corrections or cancellations. In order to do so, the client must ask for this change or cancellation in writing, by sending a letter to Exercycle, S.L., previously quoted.

We would also like to inform you that the personal information given to us by filling out the registration form will be automatically included in our automated data base in order to provide the service requested. You can at any time see your data file in order to change it at the “Client log-in” section after identifying who you are. If you wish to cancel your personal profile, you may contact our Customer service services@bhfitness.com.

We promise to maintain the safety of your personal information, according to the law, and paying special attention to information, access, change, correction and cancellation rights.

Any information we collect from you will be kept by Exercycle, S.L., even if you do not complete your registration. The information may be used, for example, to contact you and ask you why you have decided not to complete registration or not to place an order.

7. Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction

All sales and purchases with Exercycle, S.L. are subject to Spanish law.

Those General conditions are subject to Spanish law. Parties must respect them voluntarily in order to solve problems, without appealing to any other law, court of justice or the tribunal of Exercycle, S.L. district.

8. Invoice on paper and electronic invoice

If you wish to receive an invoice, please write an email to administracion@bhfitness.com mentioning your order number and your ID / company tax code.
